Visit times can range from 8am-8pm, we ask that you be available for the day as we give rough time frames out but these are dependent on many factors, such a the route we take dependent on bookings, traffic and how long each visit takes, so that we do not rush any. You will receive a message the day before with a rough estimate of when we may be at your location along with a message on the day to say we are on the way. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds, so please make sure that you are available on the day as this place has now been secure for you once the ticket is purchased. We require at least two home visits within your area for the visit to take place, if for any instance this can't proceed, you will receive a refund in full.
