Deposits Your booking deposit secures the date and time for your party, entertainment service, or character appearance. Time slots remain available to other clients until the deposit has been paid.

The administrative deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are unable to accommodate your request, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Booking Days and Times We accept bookings any day of the week. Availability is based on current bookings and performer schedules.

We work with a variety of professional actors and actresses who portray our characters. Please note that you may not receive the same performer featured on our website or at prior events. While specific character requests are welcome, they cannot be guaranteed.

Performance and Routine Your package includes all services outlined in the package details. Our performers arrive in full costume, ready to entertain, and do not require additional setup time.

Please note that any photos taken during the event may be used for advertising or promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms, provided you have consented via the intake form.

Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid to the company no later than two weeks before your event. You are welcome to make payments at any time leading up to this deadline.

Cancellations and Rearrangements Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. If you need to rearrange your event, you must provide a minimum of one month’s notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time, but changes are subject to availability.

Child Supervision Performers are entertainers only and are not responsible for supervising children. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times during the event.

Please ensure that children do not damage the performer’s costume or supplies.

Rights and Safety / COVID-19 Protocols We are not responsible for any property damage or injuries that occur during our appearance.

Our performers reserve the right to leave any event immediately if they feel their safety is at risk. This includes but is not limited to:

• Vulgar verbal remarks or physical gestures toward the performer or assistant.

• Witnessing or hearing verbal or physical violence, criminal activity, or any unsafe conditions.

If you plan to have other entertainment at your event, please inform us before booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or depart from any event that violates our Booking Information, Terms, Contract, or Entertainment Agreement.
